St. Louis Christmas Carols Association celebrates 100 years

The St. Louis Christmas Carols Association began in 1911, when William H. Danforth and a group of friends sang carols in their neighborhood. Now, to honor the group's 100th year, two new carols have been written. "The Carol of the Holy Child," was written in traditional style by composer Stephen Mager of the Creve Coeur area. "Caroling in St. Louis," was written by Randy Mayfield, of Ballwin. Read more from the St. Louis Post Dispatch and on the St. Louis Christmas Carols Association website.
